This Spark by Clickbank review is going to help explain if it’s for you or not. I recently joined this program and also have a lot of experience (and success) on this subject. Here’s what I mean:
- I’ve been a super affiliate for the Clickbank network (twice).
- I’ve promoted several of their products successfully (I don’t do that much anymore though).
- I did join and looked over Spark by Clickbank.
- For me personally, this program offers opportunity, but more so for product creators, and in my opinion not so much if you intend to be an affiliate, and in spite of all that, there’s other low-expensive upsells there and things inside Spark by Clickbank that I believe you can learn for less elsewhere.
That being said, let’s get on with this post:
A summary and review of Spark by Clickbank:
Who created Spark by Clickbank?
Clickbank.
How much does Spark by Clickbank cost to join?
It’s free to try for 30 days, with a $47 a month charge afterwards. You do get 1 upsell post joining for $97 which I didn’t really explore much.
Inside the program are certain free courses and paid ones including:
- Max Finn Facebook Ads Mastery $197
- Spark Relive Recording $37
- Spark 200 (Roby Blanchard) $497
There might be others courses that start free, but then require upgrades later.
What does Spark by Clickbank teach?
Most of the initial training revolves around being a successful Clickbank vendor and getting affiliates to promote your products for you. There is also “warm up” training on paid ads like Facebook ads, and promoting Clickbank offers through them. Some of the examples involve collecting email lists and then promoting these products.
So if you were to give a 1 sentence answer to what Spark by Clickbank is, it’s basically a training platform to help you become successful with Clickbank.
My rating for Spark by Clickbank: 3 out of 5 stars
Do I recommend Spark by Clickbank? Not really.
To me, while there are parts of this program that offer a lot of value, it felt like a repeat of what I saw with Clickbank University which was popular many years ago and taught similar topics and while the program is free to try and you can decide for yourself if it’s for you, in my opinion, there’s several things about it that personally didn’t vibe with me (and remember, I’m saying this as a former Clickbank super affiliate).
This program is legitimate, but not for everyone in my opinion. I’ll detail those things shortly, but overall, I believe the same value (and more) can be found outside Spark by Clickbank and out of all the places I know which offer this, here is the one that has it all in one place (and it’s cheaper):

Details on this Spark by Clickbank review:
To start, one of the most positive things about this program in my opinion is that you can try it for free.
That and the fact that Clickbank holds a special place in my heart for all the years of positive experiences I’ve had with it made it an easy choice for me to try this program.
Upon joining, you are then given a $97 a month upsell offer which I didn’t take. I normally don’t even read the upsell pages because my usual policy is: Have a look at the regular program before deciding on upsells. So I can’t tell you much if anything about this upsell.
Here are some of my Clickbank resumes:
- The Clickbank affiliate program explained.
- How to become a successful Clickbank affiliate.
- My older post on my success with Clickbank.
However, once that was done, I was inside the Spark by Clickbank program, and that takes me to:
The Spark by Clickbank members area:
So here’s how it works:
Once you’re inside the members area of this program, you have access to 7 courses. It is recommended to follow these 7 courses in the order they are provided. Here is a summary of each course:
1) The Producers Playbook: The Entrepreneur Mindset.
This is an entire video series with 2 gentlemen, one of which is Anthony Trister, a highly successful internet marketer sharing his knowledge on success in this business.
There’s 8 videos in total and basically, what Anthony talks about is becoming a Clickbank vendor and letting other affiliates on the same network promote for you.
He isn’t a big fan of eCommerce, affiliate marketing or other types of businesses because of the risks they carry (he isn’t wrong), and so product creation and letting others do the work for you is where he’s coming from.
He also talks about finding niches and making products off that, also through outsourcing methods like hiring other experts to do that work and how pays them a cut of the Clickbank profits.
2) The Campfire by Perry Belcher:
This is a 25 video recording of a seminar done by Perry Belcher talking about online business and succeeding at it.
3) The Super Affiliate Package:
17 courses on basics of making money online and this is honestly where in my opinion, you’ll get the most value out of the Spark by Clickbank program. Each course has numerous topics covered from affiliate marketing, online business, making money online, traffic generation and general guidelines for each topic.
4) Spark Re-live:
This is only accessible for $37 (it’s one of the upsells).
5) $100 a day formula by Robby Blanchard:
This is another upsell for $497 where Robby teaches you ways to succeed with Clickbank. I obviously didn’t buy it, but I have reviewed one of Robby’s programs called Commission Hero. From what I remember, it basically taught paid ads to promote affiliate offers.
6) The 7 day challenge:
This is course from Ben Harris showing how to use paid ads to funnel traffic to opt in offers, then Clickbank offers. The training is pretty short in parts, but in my opinion pretty comprehensive and a good “foot in the door” to learning things like Facebook Ads.
7) Copy that Converts:
A video course by Anik Singal of the Lurn program showing you ways to write your landing pages, emails and so forth to improve conversions. I generally like Anik and have reviewed some of his other programs like Email Startup Incubator and he does offer pretty good value, including in the video series here in Spark by Clickbank.
Who Spark by Clickbank is for (in my opinion):
My overall opinion is that it’s better for people seeking to be Clickbank vendors.
Who Spark by Clickbank is not for (in my opinion):
Beginner affiliate marketers or bloggers. There is some content that is applicable to affiliate marketing, but overall, I think some of the stuff is pretty advanced as it deals with pay per click ads.
More questions on Spark by Clickbank:
What is spark by Clickbank?
Spark is a branch program of Clickbank made to help affiliates and vendors join the network and see success in it.
Is Clickbank spark any good?
In my opinion Spark by Clickbank is not very good because of the lack of good navigation, direction and a lot of confusion on how to use it the right way. This was my experience when I tried it.
Conclusions on Spark by Clickbank:
This program is definitely legitimate and offers a lot of high value content in certain parts of it’s courses, and on top of that, you can try it free to see if it’s for you.
For me personally, my opinion of this program is higher than of Clickbank University which as I said earlier is what this program reminded me of.
That being said, I’m an affiliate marketer above all else and help affiliates get started in this business:
With the knowledge I have (as well as existing Clickbank affiliate success), I honestly believe there are better programs such as Wealthy Affiliate to learn all of that from. In fact, that is the program from which I learned the skills to be a profitable Clickbank affiliate anyway.
5 reasons I like Wealthy Affiliate more than Spark by Clickbank:
1) Free training with actionable steps available:
There is also free training (no credit card required to start by the way), but the thing is, there are actionable steps in each one to help you do something while you’re learning.
With Spark by Clickbank, I didn’t see much other than surveys to complete and a Q & A area. I just think the actionable steps offer more value.
2) It’s better for beginners in my opinion:
Much of the content (at least the training) in Spark by Clickbank is geared to paid ads. I think it’s a massive mistake if you’re tight on money or a beginner to get into this business through that.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a vendor or affiliate, paid ads are a huge risk if you’re not careful and even under the best training, there are risks.
In Wealthy Affiliate, you learn a lot about blogging, niche marketing and creating profitable websites through niches you love that get free traffic.
That is safer financially (but longer to get results with) and it allows you the space to get into paid ads later from the free traffic’s profits your site earns.
And just overall, the training and everything in WA in my opinion is just the best for anyone:
- Beginner bloggers.
- Beginner affiliates.
- Anyone new to this business, period.
3) I believe Wealthy Affiliate is much more organized:
Though Spark by Clickbank does have 7 modules which it recommends taking one at a time, there were some navigational issues I had as when I went through certain modules and tried to go back, I went to different pages that didn’t take me to where I wanted to go, so it confused me at times. But this is something that can easily be fixed, so I don’t consider it a deal breaker on their end.
And overall, if you’re a beginner, in my opinion, the flow in Wealthy Affiliate, it’s training and help is just much easier to flow with and continue your training on.
4) You can literally use the Wealthy Affiliate training to promote Clickbank products (or make them):
I have experience with both and while 95% of my profits on Clickbank were as a super affiliate, the other 5% came from helping another vendor startup there (and I made residual profits from their earnings as part of our deal). Overall, the skills I had to get to that point came from Wealthy Affiliate.
5) Overall, the training in Wealthy Affiliate is in my opinion far better for online success in general:
That’s just my opinion based on my existing and past experience with both Clickbank and Wealthy Affiliate. I think if you’re struggling to succeed online, it’s better to begin with Wealthy Affiliate and then if you want, become a promoter of Clickbank products later.
As for Spark by Clickbank, it’s pretty good in parts and I’m sure it can help you succeed with the network, but it will require work, paid ads, and investments into the other upsells there to do.
I don’t plan on sticking around Spark by Clickbank because at least for me, it’s just not necessary. I already have my skills from Wealthy Affiliate to promote anything I want, be it a Clickbank product, or any other affiliate network out there and that’s enough for me.
I purchased Spark, (confirmation removed), and then tried to login. I was told that my password was incorrect and that my license was ALREADY in use? How can that be?
Since I started this, I have three passwords, AND NONE OF THEM WORK??? CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW FRUSTRATING THIS IS? There was NO PROBLEM getting the payment!

Hi Anthony I would contact either Spark itself or reach out to Clickbank directly with that information, they should be able to help you.
Hey Vitaliy, thanks for sharing this post! I’ve been a member of Spark By ClickBank and I have to agree with your review. In my experience, the course is shallow although it offers a lot of lessons.
However, the problem is that these lessons are generic and don’t really show how to build an affiliate marketing business. I’ve got a feeling that the course was designed to promote the ClickBank marketplace. There are much better ways to start with affiliate marketing and in my experience, your recommendation, Wealthy Affiliate is the best! Thanks again for your review. Cheers!
Hi Ivan, thanks for sharing your experience. I reference your site from time to time when I do reviews and appreciate the content and effort you share. All the best to you!
